Staking & Services

Updates

Product notes, network reminders, security guidance and service information organized around what a user may need to understand or do next. Specific dates are not invented when none are verified.

How to read updates

Identify whether an item concerns product behavior, network conditions, security practice or service access before taking action.

Product Notice

Multi-chain asset display and network selection

Identical token names do not prove that assets belong to the same network. Confirm the selected chain before interpreting balances, contract addresses or transaction history. The wallet organizes information, while the relevant blockchain maintains the underlying state.

Network

Gas and confirmation time change with network conditions

Congestion can increase both fees and waiting time. Use the transaction hash to inspect on-chain state rather than repeatedly sending before the earlier transaction is understood. A pending state should be evaluated in the context of the current network.

Security Notice

Be cautious of fake support, fake airdrops and induced signatures

Official personnel will not ask for a seed phrase, private key or verification code. Unknown links, remote-control requests, unfamiliar wallet-import pages and unexplained signatures are reasons to stop and verify the source.

Service

Downloads use the official download page

Every download button on the site leads to /download.html and requires an intentional user click. Content pages do not expose a final mobile-download target or use timers, empty links or automatic downloads.

Product Notice

DApp connection and token approval are separate stages

A connection typically establishes a session and account scope. Message signatures, transaction signatures, contract calls and token approvals should each be reviewed as new decisions, and disconnecting a session does not automatically revoke existing allowances.
